What we collect

• Account data: your email address, display name, timezone and sign-in sessions.
• Show data: your profile answers, positions, co-host settings, shows and rundowns.
• Recordings: the audio and optional video you record, the transcripts derived from them, and the artifacts produced in the wrap.
• Usage data: session lengths, credit spend and cost lines, used for billing and plan limits.

Why we collect it

To run the product you asked for: generate rundowns, host live sessions, produce episodes, enforce plan limits and bill you. We do not sell it, and we do not use your recordings to train models.

Processors

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, object storage and transcription.
• OpenAI — the live voice co-host during a session.
• OpenRouter — rundown research, producer cues and wrap analysis.
• Stripe — payments. Card details never reach our servers.
• Resend — sign-in links and recap email.

Each one receives only what its part of the feature requires.

Retention

Free-tier media is deleted 30 days after upload. Paid media is kept while your account is open. Delete an episode and its media is removed from object storage.

Your choices

Email hello@dibatto.com to export or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your recordings, transcripts and episodes. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

One session cookie so you stay signed in. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics that follow you off the site.
