Terms of Service

1. What Dibatto does
Dibatto records a conversation between you and a co-host you configure, then produces a transcript, notes, chapters, clips and an episode page. You direct the show and you decide what gets published.
2. Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
You own your recordings, transcripts and episodes. You grant Soxoa LLC the licence needed to store, process and — only where you switch it on — publish them on your behalf. That licence ends when you delete the material.
4. Accuracy and responsibility
The co-host and the producer generate text and speech. What they produce is not verified fact. Review the fact flags in your wrap before you publish. You are the publisher of anything you release, and the content policy is part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Dibatto to target private individuals, to impersonate a real person, or to publish allegations of crime or fraud without a cited source. Regulated topics carry disclaimers, and Dibatto never provides individualised financial, legal or medical advice. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
6. Plans, credits and limits
Subscriptions and credits are billed through Stripe. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel in the billing portal. An episode is one live session up to 45 minutes; the session ends itself at the cap. Credits do not expire while your account is open and are not refundable once spent. Published prices and limits are the ones on the pricing page.
7. Availability and changes
Dibatto is provided as is, without warranty. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of material changes to these terms by email. To the extent the law allows, Soxoa LLC’s total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Ending it
You can cancel or delete your account at any time. On deletion we remove your recordings, transcripts and episodes; anything you already published elsewhere stays where you put it.
