Kenneth Walker ran for 173 yards in his Chiefs debut while Patrick Mahomes returned from a torn ACL in a 31-10 blowout of Denver
Argue whether the Chiefs just showed you their 2026 identity or whether Walker's 173 yards is noise from one game against a Broncos defense that gave up 31 points.
I think Kansas City just told you how they are going to win this season. Walker had 191 total yards, more than the entire Denver offense, and Mahomes does not need to be 2023 Mahomes if the run game looks like that.
It is one game. Walker had a 60-yard touchdown on fourth down, and if that play gets stopped for no gain we are having a different conversation about whether the Chiefs can run the ball at all.
Where it breaks: Did the Chiefs show you their offensive identity, or did one explosive play skew the entire sample?
